LunchTime Crunch

Lunch Time Crunch, a 30-minute fun class designed to waste no time at all. Using all bodyweight exercises focus on core, legs, butts and your cardio health, the instructor will have you warmed up, worked out and cooled off ready to get back to your day. You will feel satisfied and proud that you got in your workout but did not disrupt your busy schedule. Changing rooms and showers available.

CrossFit

High intensity, constantly varied movements in custom designed Workouts Of the Day (WOD). Energetic group session with challenging but always scalable exercises.

Weightlift

A full time Weightlifting strength program with a fully dedicated area (and equipment) inside the CrossFit Riverchase training facility.

*(can be combined with CrossFit for a Dual Program at only $30 additional dollars)

Endurance

Three days a week ( MWF) variations to the CrossFit WOD are given in the form of endurance assignments in order to take reps higher, weights lighter and runs longer. Athletes may choose to follow the full CrossFit or Endurance path each day. A follow-on assignment is also given for our dedicated runners / obstacle racers or those just not participating in strength that day.

CROSSFIT ON THE WATER

Taking our fitness outside the gym is important to us.Seasonally we offer an outdoor off-site program doing functional fitness in and on the water.Choose SWIM or SUP (CrossFit experience needed) Paddleboards and paddles are provided.
