High intensity, constantly varied movements in custom designed Workouts Of the Day (WOD). Energetic group session with challenging but always scalable exercises.

A full time Weightlifting strength program with a fully dedicated area (and equipment) inside the CrossFit Riverchase training facility.

Endurance

Lighter weights, lower reps, longer assignments For those wanting to train Endurance these workouts provide opportunity to do so and include the occasional weekend long training run assignments.

HIIT LITE FOR RUNNERS

These are challenging and fast paced assignments that use high intensity intervals or running and rowing coupled with bodyweight exercises to create a strong set of legs and lungs. Don't mistake this for a jogging group-this is EXERCISE!
