Three days a week ( MWF) variations to the CrossFit WOD are given in the form of endurance assignments in order to take reps higher, weights lighter and runs longer. Athletes may choose to follow the full CrossFit or Endurance path each day. A follow-on assignment is also given for our dedicated runners / obstacle racers or those just not participating in strength that day.

Taking our fitness outside the gym is important to us.Seasonally we offer an outdoor off-site program doing functional fitness in and on the water.Choose SWIM or SUP (CrossFit experience needed) Paddleboards and paddles are provided.
