We will then assist you through a quick assessment of the common functional fitness lifts and movements up to the more complex exercises such as kettle bells and rope climbs to determine how much you already know (many people do not know any of the exercises and that is ok)…
Using this assessment we will decide how many “One on One” private coaching sessions are needed to teach and develop your working knowledge to begin participating in the Workout of the Day.
